Coarse Synthetic Diamond

The Hope series of Synthetic single crystal diamond coarse grains refers to the coarse grain size of diamond from 20/25 to 50/60. This series of products are golden-yellow crystals with complete and hexahedral structure, low impurity content, good translucency, outstanding static strength, impact toughness and thermal stability.

This series of products are golden-yellow crystals with complete and hexahedral structure, low impurity content, good translucency, outstanding static strength, impact toughness and thermal stability.

 The Hope series diamonds are mainly used in the manufacture of diamond saw blades, diamond rope saws, diamond thin-wall drills, diamond grinding blocks, diamond rollers, geological drilling tools and brazing tools, etc. They are widely used in the industries of stone processing, cutting of reinforced concrete, construction of road and bridge, glass processing, oil and gas drilling, and mechanical processing.

Product Paramenters

HSD90

Features: Complete hexoctahedral crystal structure, minimal impurities, high static strength, impact toughness (TI), and thermal stability (TTI). Meets international standards with superior wear resistance. 

Applications: Ideal for high-intensity cutting, drilling, and brazing tools. Used in processing reinforced concrete, asphalt, hard granite (F=20), and high-performance geological drill bits.

HSD80

Features: Complete hexoctahedral crystal structure, minimal impurities, high static strength, impact toughness (TI), and thermal stability (TTI). Excellent wear resistance. 

Applications: Ideal for high-intensity cutting, drilling, brazing, and electroplating tools. Used in reinforced concrete, hard granite (F=15), high-hardness ceramics, and engineering drill bits.

HSD70

Features: Hexoctahedral crystal structure, few impurities, high static strength, impact toughness (TI), and thermal stability (TTI). Good wear resistance.
Applications: Suitable for cutting, drilling, brazing, and electroplating tools under high-intensity conditions. Used in concrete, hard granite (F=10), high-grade tiles, refractory materials, heavy-duty grinding, and medium-to-high-load electroplating tools.

HSD60

Features: Hexoctahedral structure, few impurities, moderate strength, TI, TTI. Balanced wear resistance and sharpness.
Applications: Ideal for high-speed cutting/drilling under medium intensity. Used in cement pavement, marble, granite (F=8), building materials, refractories, non-ferrous metals, heavy grinding, and medium-load electroplating tools.

HSD50

Features: Regular hexoctahedral structure, moderate impurities, average strength/TI/TTI, moderate wear resistance, good sharpness.
Applications: For high-speed cutting/drilling under low-to-medium intensity. Used in soft marble/sandstone (F=6-5), glass, ceramics, building materials, medium-load grinding, and low-to-medium electroplating tools.

HSD40

Features: 90–95% regular structure, moderate impurities, low strength/TI/TTI, average wear resistance, excellent sharpness.
Applications: For high-speed cutting/drilling under low intensity. Used in small-diameter free-cutting drills, medium-to-low load grinding, and low-load electroplating tools.

HSD30

Features: 85% regular structure, more impurities vs JSD40, low strength/TI/TTI, poor wear resistance, excellent sharpness.
Applications: For small-diameter free-cutting/drilling tools. Ideal for high-brittle materials like gemstones, jade, crystal, and small batches of stone/glass/tiles. Also for medium-to-low load grinding and low-load electroplating tools.

HSD20

Features: 70% regular structure, high impurities, rough surface, low strength/TI/TTI, poor wear resistance, extremely high sharpness.
Applications: For small free-cutting/drilling tools, ceramic/metal bond tools, and sharp electroplating tools. Used on hard alloys, magnetic materials, glass, tiles, crystal, gemstones, and other brittle materials. Can be blended with high-grade diamonds to adjust tool sharpness.

HSD10

Features: 50% regular structure, high impurities, rough surface, very low strength/TI/TTI, very poor wear resistance, extremely high sharpness, good self-sharpening.
Applications: For resin/ceramic/metal bond tools and sharp electroplating tools. Used on hard alloys, magnetic materials, glass, tiles, crystal, gemstones, and other brittle materials. Can blend with high-grade diamonds to adjust sharpness.
