Special Diamond Micron Powder
Hope HSDM Series specialized diamond micropowder is made from high-quality single crystal diamond HSD series of HCB as raw material. It is processed through precise manufacturing techniques, including crushing, shaping, purification, special acid-base treatment, and grading.
Hope specialized diamond micropowder is mainly used for the production of PCD cutting tool composites, PDC oilfield and coalfield composites, diamond polycrystalline sheets, diamond polycrystalline wire drawing die cores, TSP, diamond wire saws, and so on.
Product Paramenters
HSDM -PCD/PDC | Features: Made from high-strength, high-purity HSD diamond. Light yellow, regular crystals, uniform size, <5PPM impurities. High thermal stability and wear resistance. Special surface treatment ensures smooth, clean particles for stable PCD/PDC growth.
Applications: Used in PCD cutting tools, oil/coal field PDC composites, and cobalt-based CD wire drawing die cores. |
HSDM –TSP | Features: Made from high-strength, high-purity HSD series diamond via precision crushing, shaping, special purification, acid-base treatment, and grading. Light yellow color, regular crystal shape, uniform particle size (＜5PPM impurities), high thermal stability and wear resistance. Special surface treatment ensures smooth, clean particles for stable PCD/PDC growth.
Applications: Ideal for PCD cutting tool composites, oil/coal field PDC composites, cobalt-based CD wire drawing die cores, and other high-performance diamond tooling. |
HSDM -WS | Features: Made from high-strength HSD series diamond via crushing, shaping, purification, and grading. Light yellow color, regular crystal shape, nearly equiaxed elliptical particles, uniform size, extremely low impurities, strong wear resistance, and good dispersibility.
Applications: Ideal for diamond wire saws and cutting tools. Used in slicing sapphire, polysilicon, single crystal silicon, gemstones, quartz wafers, LED displays, liquid crystal glass, magnetic materials, semiconductors, and other fragile high-tech materials. |
