PCD Blanks for Wire Drawing Dies
The Hope PCD diamond wire drawing die core is produced using Hope JSDM series diamond Micro-powder, sintered under high temperature and high pressure with the aid of bonding agents.
The Hope PCD diamond wire drawing die core exhibits high wear resistance, hardness, and thermal conductivity, as well as excellent mechanical strength and toughness. It is suitable for drawing non-ferrous metals such as copper, aluminum, nickel, and tungsten, as well as stainless steel and various alloy wires, rods, and tubes.

The maximum recommended aperture is applicable to non-ferrous flexible wire, and the diameter of the hard wire cannot exceed 65% of the recommended aperture.
