PCD Blanks for Cutting Tools

The Hope PCD tool composite sheets are produced by sintering diamond Micro-powder with a carbide substrate under high temperature and high pressure, combining the wear resistance of diamond with the strength of carbide.  

 Our company produces PCD composite sheets using high-quality diamond micro-powder. Through a unique process, the powder and carbide substrate are sintered under high temperature and ultra-high pressure, forming a strong bond with D-D connected diamond particles. Our PCD sheets contain over 90% diamond, offering extreme hardness, wear resistance, and impact toughness. They are ideal super-hard materials for turning instead of grinding, enabling efficient, low-cost cutting. Widely used for non-ferrous metals, alloys, wood, flooring, graphite, rubber, plastics, ceramics, refractories, and other hard, difficult-to-machine materials. Also suitable for manufacturing support and wear-resistant guides in instruments.

 Custom shapes like rectangles, triangles, and sectors are available.
