Solid PCBN Cutter
The Hope solid PCBN inserts feature extremely high hardness, excellent high-temperature resistance, and strong chemical inertness.
They exhibit high fracture toughness, significant bending strength, and do not react chemically with ferrous metals even at high temperatures, withstanding temperatures up to 1400°C. Each insert has multiple cutting edges, all of which can be used for machining. Their service life is 10 to 25 times that of carbide tools.
Hope solid PCBN inserts are primarily used for machining various types of cast iron, high-speed steel, hardened steel, and other difficult-to-machine materials. They are widely applied in cutting processes across industries such as automotive, metallurgical rollers, bearings, and molds.
