PCBN Soldering Cutting Tools
The Hope PCBN brazed tools are made by cutting PCBN solid inserts or composite sheets into various shapes and then brazing them onto a carbide substrate.
There are two brazing structures: 1) The cut PCBN solid inserts are fully brazed onto the carbide substrate in a vacuum furnace; 2) The cut PCBN composite inserts are directly brazed onto the carbide substrate.
Hope PCBN brazed tools are primarily used for machining various types of cast iron, high-speed steel, hardened steel, and other difficult-to-machine materials. They are widely applied in cutting processes across industries such as automotive, metallurgical rollers, bearings, and molds.
