The CVD polycrystalline diamond Blanks for Dressing produced by Hope contain no additives and are composed of pure diamond with a polycrystalline structure. They have no distinction between soft and hard surfaces and are less prone to breakage. They exhibit extremely high hardness, wear resistance, and thermal stability.
Blanks of different grades have wear ratios ranging from 200,000 to 1,800,000, with stable performance. The dressed grinding wheels are sharp, resulting in high surface finish on the machined work-pieces. Hope's CVD polycrystalline diamond Blanks for Dressing can be used to manufacture single-point diamond tools, multi-point grinding wheel dressers, dressing rollers, form tools, and more. They serve as ideal replacements for natural diamond and single crystal diamond.
