CVD Polycrystalline Heat Spreader

 Hope CVD polycrystalline diamond heat sink sheet produced by our company is an ideal material for electronic cooling devices.

 Diamond, with the highest thermal conductivity in nature, can efficiently dissipate this accumulated heat. Using Hope CVD diamond sheets or films as heat sinks effectively reduces chip temperature, evens out thermal distribution, and ensures stable operation, making it an ideal solution for high-performance semiconductor devices.

 CVD polycrystalline diamond heat sink sheet produced by our company, its thermal conductivity can reach 1000~2000W/K.m, can be single-sided, double-sided polishing and other processing.
