Diamond cutting blades for carbide cutting

Application:

CBN grinding wheels are used for cutting high-speed steel, hardened steel and other ferrous materials.

Cutting disc is 1A1 type

The working layer thickness is the same as the steel plate. Mainly used for precision grooving and cutting.

1A1R cutting disc

The working layer thickness is higher than that of steel plates. They have advantages in chip removal and cooling.

Mainly used for deep cutting and grooving of parts.
