Applications of Diamond and Cubic Boron Nitride Abrasive Belts
Diamond and cubic boron nitride abrasive belts can be widely used for grinding hard and brittle materials such as steel, stone, glass, ceramics, single crystal silicon, polycrystalline silicon, zirconium oxide, aluminum oxide, metal-non-metal composite materials, cemented carbide, aluminum-magnesium alloy, aluminum-beryllium alloy, and titanium alloy.
Classification of diamond abrasive belts
Binder: Diamond belt abrasives are divided into electroplated nickel-plated binders and resin binders, and resin binders are divided into soft and hard types.
Pattern: Diamond belts with various patterns have the advantages of sharpness, durability, flexibility, dry grinding or wet grinding. Please choose different design patterns according to your needs.
Liner: The main characteristics of the liner are thick, soft, high temperature resistance, and easy and quick removal. Choose the base according to the material to be ground.
