Diamond grinding fluid classification:
1. Polycrystalline diamond grinding fluid
Polycrystalline diamond grinding fluid utilizes the good toughness of polycrystalline diamond to maintain high grinding force and is not easy to scratch during the grinding and polishing process. It is widely used in the grinding and polishing of various hard materials such as optical crystals, ceramics, and super-hard alloys.
2.Nano diamond polishing fluid
Nano diamond spherical shape and fine particle size powder can achieve ultra-precision polishing effect, and has good dispersion stability, can maintain long-term non-settling, powder does not agglomerate in the dispersion liquid. It is widely used in the ultra-precision polishing process of hard materials, and can make the surface roughness of the polished surface less than 0.2nm.
3. Single crystal diamond grinding fluid
Single crystal diamond grinding fluid has good cutting force and relatively low processing cost. It is widely used in the grinding and polishing of superhard materials.
