Polishing Pad Classification

1. Polyurethane Polishing Pad

The main component is polyurethane solidified from foam, and its surface has many hollow spherical micropores with closed unit structures. These micropores can collect processing removals, transmit polishing liquid, and ensure chemical corrosion, which is beneficial to improve polishing uniformity and polishing efficiency. The larger the pore size, the stronger its transportation capacity.

 

2. Ultra-short fiber polishing pad and damping cloth

(1) HR600/800 ultra-short fiber series polishing pads are made of imported raw materials, have reasonable micropores in a fibrous structure, stable performance, can withstand high-load heavy polishing and have a long life, and can perfectly replace SUBA series polishing pads.

(2) HR series damping cloth is made of a mixture of polyurethane resin and foaming additives such as pigments into a film, and then polished, bonded to the base material and double-sided tape to obtain the final product.

Storage requirements

a. Ventilated and dry, avoid sunlight, ambient temperature 5℃～40℃;

b. Non-toxic and non-flammable, can be transported and managed in accordance with the "Non-Dangerous Goods Transportation Rules";

c. Flat-packed polishing leather is not allowed to be bent or curled during transportation;

d. Polishing leather has a shelf life of one year from the date of production;

e. After the polishing leather is processed with adhesive, the shelf life of the adhesive is 3 months from the date of production.
